Cara Groome Cara Groome has an honors B.S. in zoology from University College Dublin, Ireland and a master’s of science degree in biodiversity and conservation from Trinity College Dublin. Her dissertation examined local and regional influences on insect-pollinator diversity, with an emphasis on their conservation. Prior to obtaining her M.S., Groome worked as a temporary animal keeper at Lincoln Park Zoo and Brookfield Zoo. She worked for two years in the diagnostics sector of the biotechnology industry before returning her focus to zoology and conservation. Publications |
