Gates open at 7 p.m. Approximate start times for opening and headlining bands are 7:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m., respectively. Concerts end at 10:30 p.m.
Please note: Zoo grounds close at 6 p.m. on June 22 and at 5 p.m. on July 26 for setup prior to admission. Everyone must leave zoo grounds during setup. Zoo Members can enter 15 minutes early at 6:45 p.m. on June 22 and at 5:45 p.m. on July 26 by presenting a member Jammin’ ticket.

Patrons purchasing online or by phone can have tickets mailed to them or print tickets when ordering and bring the print-out to the gate for admission. Gateway Pavilion purchasers will be given hard tickets. There is no will call!
To receive their discount, zoo members will be asked to provide member number when purchasing online or by phone or membership card when purchasing tickets at Gateway Pavilion.
Tickets will be sold at gates on the nights of concerts if still available. Concerts go on rain or shine. No refunds. (Past concerts have sold out prior to event dates, so early ticket purchase is highly recommended.)
Service Charges:
Service charges apply for phone and online orders. No service charges apply for tickets purchased at Gateway Pavilion at the zoo.

General Information
Location
Lincoln Park Zoo, 2200 North Cannon Drive. Entrance gates are located at Cannon/Fullerton and Stockton/Webster.
Seating
General admission.
Chairs and blankets (not larger than 5' x 5') are permitted.
Plain White T's will play on the zoo's Main Mall.
Food/Beverage
Full food service is available at Park Place Café, Landmark Café and carts.
Beer, wine and specialty drinks will also be available for purchase to those 21 years and older.
No outside food or beverage permitted (security may search bags at gate). No coolers permitted.
Parking
Paid parking is available on Cannon Drive at Fullerton.
Public Transportation
CTA 151 and 156 bus routes stop directly at the zoo on Stockton Drive.
