Localvore: What is a Localovore? (for adults): Whole Foods Cooking Class
Thursday July 24   7 p.m. - 9 p.m.
This is the movement of people that consumes food that is grown or produced within in a 100 mile radius. Chef Abe will talk about the environmental impact eating locally has in addition to preparing at least 3 recipes whose ingridients are strictly local.
