We ask all school and camp groups planning a zoo visit to complete the field trip notification
form. This form helps us determine staffing needs so that
we can provide our visitors with the best possible zoo experience.

To make your visit more enjoyable, a
packet was created including the following:
- Important information for your visit
- A map for bus drop-off/pick-up
- A map of Lincoln Park Zoo
- A schedule of daily on-grounds programming
- An order form for group sales (rides, boxed
lunches, souvenir bags)
- Answers to frequently asked questions
