Overview

Experience the Chris White Jazz Trio’s take on one of the season’s classic soundtracks: Vince Guaraldi’s A Charlie Brown Christmas from 1965. Guests of all ages are invited to tap their toes and sing along to this unique holiday tribute, which takes place during ZooLights Presented by ComEd and Invesco QQQ.

Parking

Limited paid parking is available in the zoo lot located at Fullerton Avenue and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Drive). Street parking will be extremely limited. The zoo is also accessible by train via the Armitage and Fullerton stations and by bus via the 22, 36, 151, and 156 routes.

Where do I enter for the matinee show?

Please enter zoo grounds at the East Gate (in the parking lot) or West Gate (Stockton Drive and Webster Avenue) for the matinee show. Head to the west door of Pepper Family Wildlife Center.

Where do I enter for the evening shows?

Please enter the front entrance of Café Brauer for the evening performances, off the circular driveway at 2021 N. Stockton Drive. Do not enter at the patio.

Will there be food and beverages available for purchase?

At the evening shows, there will be a cash bar. Nonalcoholic beverages, bottled water, and snacks may also be purchased.

Can my child attend? Do they need a ticket?

Yes, this show is appropriate for all ages. Every individual in your party must have a ticket for entry, including infants, children, and Lincoln Park Zoo members.

What is included with my ticket purchase?

The 3 p.m. matinee show will include:

  • A performance of classic tunes at Pepper Family Wildlife Center
  • Hot cocoa and cookies for the family
  • Admission to ZooLights Presented by ComEd and Invesco QQQ following the performance!

The 6 and 7:30 p.m. evening shows will include:

  • Performances in beautiful, historic Café Brauer
  • An appearance by Snoopy that will have the whole family dancing
  • Bar and light snacks for purchase
